About

I am an Assistant Professor at JJ College of Engineering and Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a materials researcher specializing in the fatigue behaviour of aluminium alloys. My Ph.D. (SASTRA Deemed University) investigated how processing routes—ECAP, T6 heat treatment, and deep cryogenic treatment (DCT)—affect the microstructure and low‑cycle fatigue of Al 6063, combining mechanical testing, SEM/EBSD, and fractography.

Beyond experimental metallurgy, I develop computational tools to organise fragmented fatigue data. I am currently building a Fatigue Data Intelligence Platform—a Python/PostgreSQL/Streamlit system that maps Process–Structure–Property–Performance (PSPP) relationships and enables statistical/ML workflows for reliability analysis.

Location: India · Open to relocation · Industry & research collaborations welcome.
