About
I am an Assistant Professor at JJ College of Engineering and Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a materials researcher specializing in the fatigue behaviour of aluminium alloys. My Ph.D. (SASTRA Deemed University) investigated how processing routes—ECAP, T6 heat treatment, and deep cryogenic treatment (DCT)—affect the microstructure and low‑cycle fatigue of Al 6063, combining mechanical testing, SEM/EBSD, and fractography.
Beyond experimental metallurgy, I develop computational tools to organise fragmented fatigue data. I am currently building a Fatigue Data Intelligence Platform—a Python/PostgreSQL/Streamlit system that maps Process–Structure–Property–Performance (PSPP) relationships and enables statistical/ML workflows for reliability analysis.

Research & Thesis
Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Metallurgical Science) Fatigue Behaviour of Al 6063 under ECAP, T6 & DCT
SASTRA Deemed University · Supervisor: Dr S. Ramesh Kumar
Low‑cycle fatigue (0.4% TSA) across multiple frequencies
ECAP 90°/120°, T6, deep cryogenic treatment
SEM/XRD/Microstructure + fractography; applications in frames/stringers
A system to structure scattered experimental fatigue data, map PSPP relationships, and enable reliability analysis / ML workflows. Built with Python, PostgreSQL, Streamlit, and version‑controlled via GitHub.
